  • Registration of the person at the General Inspectorate for Immigration in order to obtain the registration certificate.
  • Tax registration of the start of activity in Romania, at the competent financial administration;
  • Registration of the questionnaire on the establishment of the fiscal residence of the person upon arrival in Romania;
  • Obtaining the notification on the establishment of the person’s tax residence upon arrival in Romania;
  • Preparation and submission of monthly tax returns on the obligation to pay income tax;
  • Obtaining annual confirmations of payments made from the competent Treasury;
  • Obtaining the annual certificate on the attestation of taxes paid to the Romanian tax authorities;
  • Registration of the questionnaire concerning the establishment of the person’s tax residence when leaving Romania;
  • Obtaining the notification on the establishment of the person’s tax residence when leaving Romania;
  • Tax registration of the termination of activity in Romania with the competent financial administration;
  • Authorized translation of the necessary documents in relation with the Romanian authorities;
  • Cancellation/modification of documents obtained from the Romanian authorities.
